Affected APIs[Admin GraphQL API](https://shopify.dev/changelog?api_type=admin-graphql)

Shop metafield definitions and values are now be exposed in the Shopify Admin UI, making them more accessible and manageable by merchants.

Additionally, it's now possible to query for shop metafield definitions using the [`metafieldDefinitions` query](https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/queries/metafieldDefinitions) in the Admin GraphQL API.

Shop is already [a supported metafield owner type](https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/enums/MetafieldOwnerType), and this change enables apps and merchants to manage definitions for shop-level metafields.
