The Shop Minis CLI has been updated to ensure only authorized team members can create and manage Shop Minis. This is done by verifying the necessary permissions within your Partner organization.

### What's changing

To develop Shop Minis, you must now have the **Manage apps** permission enabled on your Partner account. Without this permission, CLI commands will result in an error.

This change affects CLI actions such as:

* Setting up a new Mini
* Submitting, canceling, and checking submissions

### What you need to do

**For organization owners or admins**

1. Log in to your [Partner Dashboard](https://partners.shopify.com).
2. Navigate to **Settings** → **Team**.
3. Find the developer who needs access.
4. Edit their profile to adjust permissions.
5. Enable **Manage apps** under **Sensitive permissions**.
6. Save the changes.

**For developers:**

Request that your organization owner or admin grants you the **Manage apps** permission.

After permissions are updated, you can begin developing and submitting Minis within your Partner organization.
