# Subscriptions APIs now support Shop Pay

We've added a new [CustomerPaymentInstrument](https://shopify.dev/api/admin-graphql/2021-10/unions/CustomerPaymentInstrument) and [CustomerShopPayAgreement](https://shopify.dev/api/admin-graphql/2021-10/objects/customershoppayagreement) to the 2021-10 API version that allows the ability to store Shop Pay Agreements in Shopify to be used by [SubscriptionContracts](https://shopify.dev/docs/admin-api/graphql/reference/orders/subscriptioncontract).
