# Videos in Files and Metafields

You can now create [videos](https://shopify.dev/api/admin-graphql/2022-01/objects/video#top) and transcode them to multiple formats, using the [FileCreate](https://shopify.dev/api/admin-graphql/2022-01/mutations/filecreate) mutation.

You can also attach videos to metafields using [file\_reference](https://shopify.dev/apps/metafields/types). These videos are also available using the Storefront API.
