Possible error codes that can be returned by `BulkOperationUserError`.

## Valid values

* INVALID

  The input value is invalid.

* LIMIT\_​REACHED

  Bulk operations limit reached. Please try again later.

* OPERATION\_​IN\_​PROGRESS

  A bulk operation is already in progress.
