# Shipping​Label​Purchase​User​Error​Code

enum

Possible error codes that can be returned by `ShippingLabelPurchaseUserError`.

## Valid values

* ACCESS\_​DENIED

  The API client lacks write access to the provided fulfillment order.

* ADAPTIVE\_​SHIPPING\_​STATE\_​INVALID

  The intent is trying to set an adaptive shipping state on a non-adaptive shipping order.

* AT\_​LEAST\_​1\_​ITEM\_​REQUIRED

  At least 1 item should be fulfilled.

* CARRIER\_​NOT\_​SUPPORTED

  The selected shipping carrier cannot be purchased through this API.

* FULFILLMENT\_​ORDER\_​INVALID

  The fulfillment order is not eligible for label purchase. Review the fulfillment order details and try again.

* INVALID\_​PACKAGE\_​DIMENSIONS

  Package dimensions must be greater than zero.

* KILL\_​SWITCH

  Shipping labels may not be purchased at this time. Please try again later.

* MISSING\_​COUNTRY\_​OF\_​ORIGIN

  Missing country of origin.

* MISSING\_​HS\_​CODE

  Missing harmonized system code.

* MISSING\_​INSURANCE\_​COVERAGE\_​AMOUNT

  Missing insurance coverage amount.

* MISSING\_​INSURANCE\_​COVERAGE\_​CURRENCY

  Missing insurance coverage currency.

* MISSING\_​SHIPPING\_​DATE

  Shipping date is required for purchase.

* MISSING\_​SHIPPING\_​RATE

  Shipping rate selection is required for purchase.

* NOT\_​FOUND

  The record with the ID used as the input value couldn't be found.

* PACKAGE\_​CARRIER\_​MISMATCH

  The requested carrier package does not match the preferred rate selection carrier.

* PHONE\_​NUMBER\_​NOT\_​FULLY\_​QUALIFIED\_​DESTINATION

  The shipping intent has a phone number that is not fully qualified for the destination address.

* PHONE\_​NUMBER\_​NOT\_​FULLY\_​QUALIFIED\_​ORIGIN

  The shipping intent has a phone number that is not fully qualified for the origin address.

* PICKUP\_​POINT\_​NOT\_​SUPPORTED

  Pickup point orders cannot be purchased through this API. Purchase the shipping label through the Shopify admin.

* PURCHASE\_​FAILED

  The label purchase failed. Please review the shipment details and try again.

* RATES\_​NOT\_​FOUND

  Rates for the shipping label were not found. Please review the shipment details and try again.

* SHIPPING\_​DATE\_​IN\_​THE\_​PAST

  Shipping date has already passed.

* TERMS\_​OF\_​SERVICE\_​NOT\_​ACCEPTED

  Shopify Shipping terms of service have not been accepted. Purchase a shipping label through the Shopify admin first.

* TOTAL\_​WEIGHT\_​ZERO

  Non-zero total weight is required for purchase.
