Identifies snippets that aren't used. For example, this check fails when Theme Check can't find a `render` tag that uses the snippet.

## Auto-correction

Theme Check can correct this error using the `--auto-correct` flag. When the flag is specified, Theme Check automatically deletes the unused snippet file.
