Added wallet_preferences to the Cart object

Effective March 13, 2023
As part of the GraphQL Storefront API 2023-04 API release, we are adding wallet_preferences to the Cart object. The wallet preferences from the cart will allow to pass through a buyer's wallet preference to the checkout.
