New enum value for CustomerPaymentMethodRevocationReason

As of GraphQL Admin API version 2022-04, the CustomerPaymentMethodRevocationReason object has a new enum value: MERGED. This value is assigned when a customer replaces one payment method with another existing payment method, leaving this revoked payment method with no associated subscription contracts.
