Subscriptions APIs now support Shop Pay

Effective October 22, 2021

We've added a new CustomerPaymentInstrument and CustomerShopPayAgreement to the 2021-10 API version that allows the ability to store Shop Pay Agreements in Shopify to be used by SubscriptionContracts.
