Validation mutation endpoints now include optional title attribute

As of version 2024-04 of the GraphQL Admin API, a new optional field title has been added to validationCreate and validationUpdate. This will allow you to create multiple instances of the same Validation function where the unique title will help merchants easily differentiate between them.
