New error code added for the MetafieldDefinitionDelete mutation

As of API version 2024-07, we've added the RESERVED_NAMESPACE_ORPHANED_METAFIELDS error code to the metafieldDefinitionDelete mutation. This error code is returned if you attempt to delete a definition in a reserved namespace without setting deleteAllAssociatedMetafields to true.
