# New field `marketing_sms_consent_enabled_at_checkout` added to Shop object

As of Admin API version 2022-10, a new field `marketing_sms_consent_enabled_at_checkout` has been added to the Shop object in the [REST](https://shopify.dev/api/admin-rest/2022-10/resources/shop) Admin APIs.

The field is also present on the ["shop/update" webhook](https://shopify.dev/api/admin-rest/2022-10/resources/webhook), which now will trigger when the `marketing_sms_consent_enabled_at_checkout` state of a shop changes.
