Tax and Duties are deprecated in Storefront Cart API

As of API version 2025-01, we're deprecating the tax and duty fields in Storefront API Cart. Tax and Duties are calculated at Checkout where they can be finalized with the complete context of the buyer's information, ensuring greater accuracy.
