New: Support for USDC Credit field in Shopify Payments Payout GraphQL

As of GraphQL Admin API version 2025-10, ShopifyPaymentsPayoutSummary now includes a usdcRebateCreditAmount field, which provides a total of all USDC rebate credits issued as part of the payout.
