Deprecation of checkout metafields in checkout and customer account UI extensions

As of API version 2026-04, the ability to read and write checkout metafields in checkout and customer account UI extensions has been removed. Instead, checkout metafields have been replaced by cart metafields in checkout UI extensions and order metafields in customer account UI extensions.
