Shopify Payments Payout GraphQL type supports external_trace_id

As of GraphQL Admin API version 2025-10, ShopifyPaymentsPayout now includes externalTraceId field

The externalTraceId field provides a unique reference identifier for tracking payouts across external payment systems and financial institutions.
