Subscribe to compliance topics using PubSub or Eventbridge

You can now subscribe to compliance topics using you app's [TOML configuration file] (https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/app-extensions/configuration) and use PubSub or Eventbridge URIs as your subscription endpoint.
