# View gift card maximum values

You can now retrieve the maximum values for gift cards using the [`giftCardConfiguration`](https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/2025-04/queries/giftCardConfiguration) query. There are separate maximum values for purchased and issued gift cards.
