Anchor to MEDIUMMEDIUM: Indicates a medium likelihood that the order is fraudulent.
Anchor to NONENONE: Indicates that the risk assessment will not provide a recommendation for the order.
Anchor to PENDINGPENDING: Indicates that the risk assessment is still pending.
